The Flyer that the Parks Department Wouldn’t Allow on the Table

(Flyer prepared for the so-called Public Hearing on spending T1 bond money, Saturday March 18, 2017, Frances Albrier Community Center, Berkeley.  Parks and Recreation Department staff denied permission to place the flyer on the literature table for the event.  Only Department handouts were allowed on the table.  So much for “Public Hearing.”)
