Song Sparrows Do It

I did not know that the Song Sparrows were breeding in the park. I’ve heard and filmed them singing several times, like the one above. I’ve seen them dive into the vegetation in a way that suggests there might be a nest there. But it didn’t really hit me that the Song Sparrows were breeding here until I saw this female, below, with a beakful of bugs. That’s baby bird food.
