Seen in the Park
Wildflowers are few in the park, so every stand of them (no matter how humble) attracts admirers. Here two young park visitors approach for a closer look at these white blooms on the side of the big hill by the parking circle. In our garden these might be weeds, but on this former landfill every blossom is a jewel.
But for others, the park is a perfect place for studying something like the magnetic properties of metals. You get away from the chatter and clatter of Starbucks and you can catch some rays while you get enlightened. What could be better?
