Pigeons in the Park

As I observed before, pigeons don’t usually congregate in this park in large numbers. I see two, or maybe three or four of them at a time, and not every day. It was remarkable, therefore, to see a flock of sixteen of them fly in as a group. They settled to forage in the freshly mowed area that becomes a Burrowing Owl preserve in the winter months. Watch this short video on YouTube in case the box below has problems.
