Pair of Kites
This beautiful pair of White-tailed Kites perched in shrubs on the hill just above the fenced Burrowing Owl preserve in the northeast corner of the park. The photographer is Fionn Rowntree, age 13, the son of Phil Rowntree. Phil has published his own photos here of a Western Meadowlark and a Red-tailed Hawk.
