This selection of small and medium shorebirds is part of photographer Emilie Keas’ collection of more than 100 images of Cesar Chavez Park. This particular set was taken in 2016. The two photos of Whimbrels deserve special mention. We don’t see Whimbrels very often here, and these are excellent images.
