Better Bathrooms goes to City Council – the video
At a special working session of City Council in the afternoon of Tuesday March 24, I had the opportunity to speak briefly on the need for better bathrooms in the park. I was able to get copies of the petition with the first 500 signatures into the hands of the council members present. See earlier blog post. The City videotaped the entire proceeding and posted the video on its website, and I’ve now found the time to review the whole long session and excerpt the key bits and post them here. The city’s low-res video feed doesn’t embed very well (at least I wasn’t able to get it to embed) so I resorted to re-recording it off the computer screen with my little video camera. The resulting image quality is awful but you can make out the voices well enough, and there’s captions.
